We collect only the details you submit through our contact form or phone calls to prepare quotes and schedule closet consultations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
When you use our contact form or call us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any project details you choose to share. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule a consultation.
Our contact form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which receives the information you submit in order to email it to us. We do not control Web3Forms' own data handling beyond that delivery step; see their privacy policy for details. Our website is hosted by a third-party web host, which may log standard technical data (such as IP address) as part of normal server operation.
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for the duration of that project and standard record-keeping afterward.
You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing marksong0000@gmail.com.
