Every closet built by Havenwest Closets & Storage Solutions is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If a panel delaminates, warps, chips, or separates due to a manufacturing or installation defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost for as long as you own the property.
Moving mechanical hardware — soft-close hinges, full-extension drawer slides, and pull-out accessories — is covered for 5 years from installation date under standard hardware manufacturer terms.
We build exclusively with FSC® certified composite wood panels meeting TSCA Title VI / CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards sourced from Uniboard, Tafisa Canada, and EGGER.
